Delivery destinations

We ship from Germany and deliver to Germany, Austria, Czechia, France, Poland and Switzerland.

Shipping costs

Shipping within Germany is free. Shipping to Austria, Czechia, France, Poland and Switzerland costs €7.99 per order.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 3–5 days within Germany and 5–8 days to Austria, Czechia, France, Poland and Switzerland, in each case from order confirmation. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in several shipments. If delivery times are exceptionally extended, we will inform you as soon as possible.

For questions, contact us at info@palvora.de. Prior authorisation is not required to exercise the statutory right of withdrawal or to return the goods.
