2. Orders and formation of the contract
The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a binding contractual offer. You can add products to your cart and review your order at checkout. Before submitting a binding order, you can change your details, remove products or cancel the ordering process. By clicking the final order button, which clearly indicates the obligation to pay, you make a binding offer to purchase the goods in your cart.
We will acknowledge receipt of your order without delay by email. This automatic acknowledgement alone does not constitute acceptance of your offer. The purchase contract is formed when we accept your offer by a separate, express confirmation or dispatch the ordered goods.
The language of the contract is German. You can save or print these terms and conditions before placing your order. Your order details are stored in our shop system. You will receive the order details, the terms and conditions applicable to your order and the withdrawal information, including the model withdrawal form, by email. Please retain these documents for your records.
3. Prices and payment
The prices displayed when you place your order apply. Small business tax exemption under Section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG). VAT is not shown separately. Any additional shipping costs and the total amount payable will be displayed before you place your order.
The available payment methods and related payment information are displayed at checkout. The conditions stated there for the selected payment method apply.
4. Delivery
Delivery will be made to the shipping address you provide when ordering. Information about available delivery destinations, shipping costs and delivery times is provided in our shipping policy and during the ordering process.
The statutory rules on the transfer of risk apply. Handing the goods over to a carrier appointed by us does not transfer the shipping risk to you.
5. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal. The conditions, deadlines and consequences, together with the model withdrawal form, are set out in our withdrawal policy.
6. Statutory rights in respect of defects and liability
The statutory rights in respect of defects apply to the goods. Your claims are against us as the seller. We are liable for damages in accordance with the statutory provisions. These terms and conditions do not restrict your statutory rights.
7. Shopify and privacy
Our online store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes personal data when you visit our store and make purchases, and as part of the enhanced Shopify services that have been enabled. These may also include information from interactions with other merchants and Shopify. Data may be transferred to Shopify and other service providers outside the European Economic Area. Information about purposes, legal bases, recipients and your rights is provided in our privacy policy and Shopify's consumer privacy policy. Using the store does not constitute consent to processing that requires consent.
